WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Three things, and the third one is a person.
A key
Read access to the catalogue, write access to products and attributes. Nothing else: no orders, no customers, no payments. What that looks like per platform is on WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento.
An exclusion list
Categories, brands or fields we must stay away from. Often that is brand copy the supplier provides, or a category somebody has just been through by hand.
Somebody who approves
One person who reviews the first two hundred products. That is what we set the bar against. It takes about half an hour and it is the only thing we really ask of your time.
WHAT HAPPENS THEN
Three weeks, and the first two go live nowhere.
Week 1
The key, the field inventory and the exclusion list. We take a baseline per category and lock in the holdout: 2,000 products we deliberately leave untouched.
Week 2
Two hundred products enriched to draft. You approve or reject. What gets rejected goes back into the threshold, so the second round is stricter than the first.
Week 3
The whole catalogue to staging, and only then live. From that moment a new SKU is complete within an hour, without anyone having to wait for it.
